– Understand customer requirements, define product solutions, optimize product cost, and provide accurate effort estimations. – Lead and manage multiple hardware development projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and technical excellence. – Mentor and guide team members through performance planning, coaching, and regular evaluations. – Establish and drive best practices in hardware design, testing, documentation, and debugging. – Foster a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture through effective communication and leadership. – Build and maintain strong relationships with semiconductor vendors, FAEs, customers, and strategic partners. – Support pre-sales activities, including technical discussions, solution definition, and proposal preparation. – Collaborate closely with Mechanical, Firmware, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.

| Preferred Experience |
– 8–10 years of experience in hardware design and embedded systems development. – Strong expertise in ARM Cortex-A/M SoCs, multi-layer board design, board bring-up, and hardware optimization. – Proficiency in schematic and layout design and review using OrCAD Capture and/or Altium Designer. – Strong knowledge of Signal Integrity, Thermal Analysis, EMI/EMC compliance, and product certifications (FCC, CE, UL). – Extensive experience with digital interfaces including I²C, SPI, Ethernet, USB, SDIO, MIPI, HDMI, and DDR3/DDR4. – Expertise in battery-powered and ultra-low-power hardware design preferred – Proven experience leading teams of 5+ engineers and managing multiple projects simultaneously. – Strong customer-facing, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills. – Experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, and solution development.
