– Understand customer requirements, define product solutions, and provide accurate effort estimations.
– Independently design hardware systems and review technical deliverables from team members.
– Own product certification activities and ensure successful customer delivery.
– Establish and promote best practices for hardware design, debugging, and validation.
– Mentor team members and foster effective collaboration across teams.
– Participate in technical interviews, pre-sales discussions, vendor interactions, and customer communications.
– Collaborate closely with Mechanical and Firmware teams to ensure seamless project execution.

| Preferred Experience |
– 4–6 years of hands-on experience in hardware design and embedded systems development.
– Strong expertise with ARM Cortex-A/M SoCs, including board bring-up and optimization.
– Experience with Schematics and PCB layout design and review using OrCAD or Altium Designer
– Knowledge of Signal Integrity, Thermal Analysis, EMI/EMC compliance, and product certifications (FCC, CE, UL).
– Strong understanding of digital interfaces including I²C, SPI, Ethernet, USB, SDIO, MIPI, HDMI, and DDR3/DDR4.
– Experience in battery-powered and ultra-low-power product design preferred
– Proven ability to work independently and guide junior engineers.
– Strong communication skills with experience in customer-facing and pre-sales activities.
